🧾 Eligibility for Refund
Due to the perishable nature of food items, we only offer refunds in specific cases:
✅ You may request a refund if:
- You received the wrong product
- Your product was damaged, defective, or expired upon arrival
- Your order was incomplete or an item was missing
- You canceled your order before it was shipped
❌ Refunds will NOT be issued if:
- The product has been opened, used, or tampered with
- You changed your mind after delivery
- The return request is made after 3 days of receiving the item
🔁 Replacement First, Refund When Needed
In most cases, we aim to replace the item instead of issuing a refund. If a replacement is not possible (due to out-of-stock items or other reasons), we will process a full or partial refund based on the situation.
