🧾 Eligibility for Refund

Due to the perishable nature of food items, we only offer refunds in specific cases:

✅ You may request a refund if:

  • You received the wrong product
  • Your product was damaged, defective, or expired upon arrival
  • Your order was incomplete or an item was missing
  • You canceled your order before it was shipped

❌ Refunds will NOT be issued if:

  • The product has been opened, used, or tampered with
  • You changed your mind after delivery
  • The return request is made after 3 days of receiving the item

🔁 Replacement First, Refund When Needed

In most cases, we aim to replace the item instead of issuing a refund. If a replacement is not possible (due to out-of-stock items or other reasons), we will process a full or partial refund based on the situation.


💵 Refund Process

If your refund request is approved:

    • Refunds are issued via bank transfer, Easypaisa/JazzCash, or store credit.
  2. Processing Time
    • Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to be processed after approval.
  3. Confirmation
    • You will receive a confirmation message or email once your refund has been processed.

  • Item(s) in question
  • Reason for the refund
  • Clear photo(s) of the item(s), if applicable
