If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, our Easy Returns & Exchange Policy ensures a smooth and hassle-free process.


✅ What Can Be Returned or Exchanged?

We accept returns or exchanges for the following cases:

  • You received the wrong item
  • Your order arrived damaged or defective
  • The product is expired upon delivery
  • There’s a quality concern with the product

Unfortunately, due to the perishable nature of food products, we cannot accept returns simply for a change of mind or taste preference.


🔁 How to Request a Return or Exchange?

  1. Contact Us Within 3 Days
    Reach out to our support team via WhatsApp or email within 3 days of receiving your order. Share your order number, issue details, and a photo (if applicable).
  2. Quick Review & Approval
    Our team will review your request and get back to you within 24–48 hours.
  3. Return Pickup or Drop-off
    Once approved, we’ll guide you through the next steps — either a pickup will be arranged or you’ll be asked to send the item to our warehouse.
  4. Refund or Replacement
    After inspection, we’ll issue a replacement, store credit, or refund (as per your preference and eligibility).

💡 Important Notes:

  • Items must be unopened, in their original packaging, and in unused condition.
  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
  • Refunds are processed within 7 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
